Retrofit in Iffley & East Oxford

On Church Way, in the heart of the conservation area, we deep-retrofitted a 1920s detached house: re-roofed with wood-fibre insulation beneath its own re-laid clay tiles, chimneys repointed in lime, box-sash windows with slim double glazing — the street view unchanged. A few streets away on Howard Street, a classic East Oxford terrace went from EPC E to B on the public register. Divinity Road and Oatlands Road are on our project list too.
