By using this website you accept these terms. The site exists to describe our services, show our completed projects and let you contact us or book a free survey. You may browse, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not scrape, republish or reuse our content, photography or case-study material commercially without our written permission.
Information, not advice
The content of this site — including guides, case studies and descriptions of building methods — is general information about our work, not professional advice for your building. Every house is different: what was right for a project shown here may be wrong for yours. Nothing on this site creates a contract, and no works, outcomes or certifications are offered or promised except as set out in a written quotation and contract for your specific project.
Where the site refers to regulations, standards or government policy, we aim to describe them accurately at the date of writing, but they change; always check the current position on the official government sources or take your own advice before relying on them.
Project results
EPC outcomes and other results quoted for our past projects are specific to those buildings and the works carried out on them. They are evidence of method, not a promise of what any other building will achieve. Design targets are labelled as targets; certified outcomes are those on the official public registers.
Quotations and contracts
Surveys are free and carry no obligation. All works are quoted individually in writing after a survey, and carried out under a written contract which — not this website — governs the works, their specification and the responsibilities of each party.

Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content or from matters outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
